Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. We also need to be fair — digital files cannot be "returned."

Pre-download refunds

If you have not downloaded any file from your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@monocanvas.com. No questions asked. Refunds process within 5 business days through PayPal.

Post-download refunds

Once any file from your order has been downloaded, the order is no longer refundable. This is industry standard for digital goods.

If the file is broken

If a file is corrupted, mislabelled, or genuinely not as described, email us. We'll fix it or refund you regardless of the download status.

Chargebacks

If you file a PayPal dispute instead of contacting us, your download access is revoked immediately while the dispute is open.
