By using monocanvas.com you agree to these terms.

What we sell

MonoCanvas sells digital files (printable artwork) for download. You receive the file(s) immediately after payment. You do not receive any physical product.

Account

You do not need to create an account to buy. Your verified email becomes your access key. We do not use passwords.

Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. We do not charge tax. Currency conversion to your local currency is handled by PayPal or your card issuer.

Delivery

After successful payment, your downloads are available immediately on the order confirmation page, in your receipt email, and at /my-downloads via a one-time email code. Each file may be downloaded up to 5 times within 24 hours per signed link.

License

Refunds

Acceptable use

You will not: reverse-engineer access to files you did not buy, share access credentials with non-buyers, attempt to download files outside the limits we set, or use the site to harass others. Violations may result in revoked entitlements with no refund.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant continuous availability. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Operator jurisdiction — to be filled at launch]. Disputes resolve in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 14 days.
